Terms of Use
Last updated: 2 October 2026
This page is a draft for Leo to review before launch. It isn't in force yet, and parts of it describe features (the shop, accounts and gameplay stats) that are still being built.
The short version: the game is free to play and free to finish, with no ads. You can buy coins with real money if you want to; coins are only for use in the game, have no cash value, and can't be swapped back for money. Please play fair.
Who we are
Leadpipe ("the game") is made by Leonardo Seccia, a sole trader trading as AlrightMyLover, based in the United Kingdom ("we", "us"). By downloading or playing the game you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the game.
Your licence to play
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download the game and play it on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You must not copy, sell, rent, reverse-engineer or modify the game, except where the law allows you to.
You also agree to follow the terms of the store you downloaded the game from (the Google Play Terms of Service, or the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions).
Coins and other virtual items
- Coins, lives, power-ups, plugs and other in-game items are virtual items. They are licensed to you for use in the game only; you don't own them.
- They have no real-world value. You can't exchange them for money or anything else, or transfer or sell them to anyone.
- If you play as a guest, your coins and progress are stored only on your device. If you uninstall the game or clear its data, they may be lost, and we can't restore them.
- If you sign in, your progress and coin balance are kept in your account, and our server's record of your coin balance is the one that counts. If the game and our server disagree (for example after playing offline on two phones), the server's balance wins.
- We may change how in-game items work, their prices in coins, or the game's balance, for example to keep the game fair and fun.
Accounts
- An account is optional. You can sign in with Google Play Games, Game Center or Sign in with Apple to keep your progress and coins when you change phones. Signing in for the first time pays a one-off bonus of coins, once per player.
- When you link a phone that already has progress to an account that has its own, you choose which progress to keep. The other is replaced; the two are never combined.
- An account that goes 12 months without being used is deleted, with its cloud save and coin history.
- You can sign out or delete your account at any time in the game's Settings. Deleting your account deletes your saved progress and coin balance from our server for good, including coins you bought. We can't restore them afterwards.
- We may suspend or delete an account that is used to cheat or to abuse our servers (see "Playing fair" below).
Buying coins
- Purchases are made through Google Play or the App Store and are handled under the store's terms. Prices are shown in the store, in your currency, before you pay, including any taxes.
- Coins are added to your game as soon as your purchase is confirmed. By buying them you ask us to supply them straight away, which means that once they have been delivered you lose your 14-day right to cancel.
- Refunds are handled by the store under its refund policy (Google Play's, or Apple's through reportaproblem.apple.com). If something went wrong, for example you were charged but didn't get your coins, contact support and we'll put it right.
- If you're under 18, please ask a parent or guardian before buying anything.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Playing fair
Please don't cheat, use bots, tamper with the game or its servers, or try to get coins or items without paying for them. If you do, we may refuse to deliver purchases or stop our servers from accepting data from your copy of the game.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the game running well, but it's provided "as is" and we can't promise it will always be available or free of bugs. We may update, change or stop offering the game or any feature. If we ever stop the game completely, we'll give reasonable notice where we can.
Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We aren't responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, or for business losses; the game is for personal use only. If faulty digital content from us damages a device or other digital content you own, we will either repair the damage or pay you compensation.
We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
If you got the game from the App Store
- These terms are between you and us, not Apple. We, not Apple, are responsible for the game and its content.
- Your licence to play is limited to using the game on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as allowed by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Other accounts linked to you through Family Sharing or volume purchasing may also use it under those rules.
- Apple has no duty to provide any maintenance or support for the game. For help, contact us.
- If the game fails to meet any warranty that applies by law, you can tell Apple, and Apple will refund the price you paid for it (if any). As far as the law allows, Apple has no other warranty duty for the game.
- We, not Apple, are responsible for handling any claims about the game, including product liability claims, claims that it fails to meet a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims under consumer protection, privacy or similar laws.
- If anyone claims the game or your use of it infringes their intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, will be responsible for dealing with that claim.
- You confirm that you are not in a country subject to a US Government embargo, or on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- When you use the game you must also follow any third-party terms that apply, for example your mobile data or wireless service agreement.
- Questions, complaints or claims about the game go to us, not Apple: Leonardo Seccia, trading as AlrightMyLover, [postal address to come], United Kingdom, or support@leadpipe.online.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms, and once you accept them Apple may enforce them against you.
Your privacy
How we handle data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when we add features or when the law changes. We'll update the date at the top of this page, and if a change is significant we'll tell you in the game. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales; if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring them in your local courts.
