Stuck on a level, found a bug, or spotted a leak we didn't? We'd love to hear from you.

Draft

This page is a draft for Leo to review before launch. It isn't in force yet, and parts of it describe features (the shop, accounts and gameplay stats) that are still being built.

Email us: support@leadpipe.online

It helps if you include your phone or tablet model, the app version (on the Leadpipe page in Google Play or the App Store) and, for level problems, the level number. A screenshot is always welcome. We usually reply within a few days.

From the game: open Settings and tap Email next to Report a problem. It starts an email to us with the app version, your phone's system and the game's last few error messages already filled in (no names, IDs or anything personal), so all you need to add is what happened.

Common questions

How do I play?

Lay pipe pieces on the hex board to make a route from each tap to its drain, then open the tap. Liquid that reaches the end of an open pipe leaks, and two liquids that meet outside a mixer get mixed up, so plan your route before the liquid gets there. Run the liquid through the star bubbles on the way for more stars. In the game, How to play in Settings shows the rules again and brings back the in-level tips.

I sprang a leak. Is the level over?

Not necessarily. When a level is lost to a leak or mixed-up liquids, the game offers a plug for coins: it seals the leak, stops the flow for a few seconds and lets you carry on building. You can buy one plug per attempt.

How do I get more lives?

You have up to three hearts, and one comes back every 20 minutes. Winning a level never costs a heart, and the first 20 levels never cost one at all. From level 21, a leak or mix-up you don't plug costs a heart, and so does leaving or restarting a level after the tap has opened (the game warns you first). You can also refill all three with coins.

Sometimes you get unlimited lives for a while: 30 minutes on day 7 of the daily gift, 30 minutes for finishing all three daily missions, and an hour with the starter pack. Play as much as you like until the timer runs out.

I bought coins but didn't get them.

Make sure you're online and reopen the game: it checks for purchases it hasn't delivered yet each time it starts. If they still don't appear, email us with the order number from your receipt (on Android it starts with "GPA."; on iPhone, use the order ID from Apple's receipt email) and we'll sort it out.

How do I get a refund?

Purchases are made through the store, so refunds go through the store. On Android, open the Play Store app, then your profile, Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history, pick the purchase and request a refund, or see Google's refund help page. On iPhone or iPad, go to reportaproblem.apple.com.

I got a new phone. How do I move my progress?

Sign in on your old phone first: open Settings in the game and sign in with Google Play Games (Android), or Game Center or Sign in with Apple (iPhone and iPad). Your progress and coins are then saved to your account. On the new phone, install the game and sign in the same way, and your progress comes back. If the new phone already has some progress of its own, the game asks which one to keep.

If you never signed in, your progress is only on the old phone. Setting up the new phone from a backup of the old one sometimes brings it across.

Does the game have ads?

No, and it never will. The game is free to finish, and coins are the only thing for sale.

Does it work offline?

Yes. You only need a connection to buy coins and to keep a signed-in account up to date.

Does the game collect stats about how I play?

Yes, unless you switch them off. It sends us stats like which levels you win or lose, tagged with a random ID and never your name. We only use them to make the levels better, and we never sell them. Switch them off any time with "Share usage stats" in Settings. See our Privacy Policy for the details.

How do I delete my account?

In the game, open Settings, tap Manage next to Account, then Delete my account, and confirm. See how to delete your data for everything else, including what to do if the game isn't installed any more.

I find some liquids hard to tell apart.

Each liquid has its own look as well as its own colour, so you can tell them apart without relying on colour alone. If two still look too alike to you, please email us and tell us which ones: we check the colours for colour-blind players and want to get them right.
